Sussex and the South East

You've built something
worth seeing.
Most people never see it.

We shoot gyms, events and brands across Sussex and the South East, and hand you back more than you can use. A month of content from one day. Coverage that outlives the event. Or the one film that finally looks like your business.

Which one are you?

The Gap

The thing you've built is better than the way it looks online.

If you run a gym

Someone local goes looking this week and finds two. One has a feed showing real members training, real coaches, real atmosphere. The other has a logo and three posts from March. They don't pick the better gym. They pick the one they can see.

If you put on events

Months of organising. One day. Then it's over, and what's left is whatever people happened to film on their phones. Nothing to sell next year's tickets on. Nothing to hand a sponsor.

If you're building a brand

Years spent getting genuinely good at this. The first thing a new lead sees is a phone photo and a logo. They've made their mind up before they've spoken to you.

It's the same problem three times.

It isn't a creativity problem, and it isn't a budget problem. The moment happened, and nobody was there to shoot it properly.

Fitness and performance

“I don't know what to post.”

It's the same sentence every week, from owners running full timetables with genuinely good gyms behind them. It isn't creativity. It's sequencing, and it breaks in three places.

01
You're coaching when the content happens

The best moments happen on the floor, and you're on the floor, taking the class. Nobody's filming it.

02
The footage that does exist just sits there

A camera roll of half-usable clips and no evening free to cut them.

03
By the time it's edited, the moment's gone

So it goes up late, or it doesn't go up.

One day. A month of content.

Most people assume a shoot gets you one good video. That's the expensive way to do it.

Every day we shoot is planned backwards from the content bank: how many angles, how many faces, how many moments. One Tuesday covers you for six weeks.

Who it's for

CrossFit boxes, independent and commercial gyms, combat sports clubs, small-group PT and studios.

What you get
Reels. Fully edited, ready to post. No timeline to sit and cut yourself.
Clips. Hundreds per shoot, colour graded. Not a raw camera dump.
Photos. Graded and sorted. Not a folder of 800 files to wade through.
Member Q&As and behind-the-scenes. Shot loose on a phone the same day. No second visit.
Turnaround. A set delivery date, every time. You're never chasing a folder.

Events and shows

The day only happens once.

Months of organising, one day to get it right, and then it's done. What's left afterwards is the only thing that keeps working: for next year's ticket sales, for sponsors, for anyone deciding whether to enter.

Which is why the footage can't be an afterthought booked two weeks out.

Who it's for

Boxing and martial arts shows, CrossFit throwdowns and fitness competitions, championships, open days, community events and brand activations. Sussex and the South East as standard, further for the right event.

What you get
A highlight reel. Music-synced, the full energy of the day, start to finish.
Hundreds of graded clips. From across the whole event, not just the podium.
Full-day photography. Every stage covered, not just the headline moments.
Same or next-day social content. Delivered while the buzz is still live.
Sponsor-ready assets. Built to hand over, not just posted once and forgotten.

Brand and business

It doesn't look like what you've actually built.

You've spent years getting good at this. The first thing a new lead sees is a phone photo and a logo, and they've decided how seriously to take you before they've spoken to you.

This is the work that closes that gap: the hero film, the brand photography, the content that makes someone trust you in advance.

Who it's for

Coaches and PTs building a personal brand, gym owners and founders, and local businesses whose visual identity has fallen behind what they're actually running.

What you get
Cinematic hero film. 60 to 90 seconds, scripted, built to open a landing page or a pitch.
Brand photography. For your site, your socials, and anywhere a first impression gets made.
Short-form cuts. The film re-cut for social, not just parked on a homepage.
Founder and team content. A real person behind the business, not a logo.
Hundreds of graded clips. Reusable across ads, socials and print.
How it works

How a project actually runs.

No lengthy onboarding. No back and forth over what you meant. Three steps, start to finish.

01
We plan the day

A short call to work out what's actually worth shooting: the sessions, the moments, the angle that fits.

02
We shoot it

Full production for the pieces that need it, a phone in hand for the moments that don't. Both have a job. Knowing which is which is most of it.

03
You get a bank, not a folder

Edited, graded and delivered on a set timeline. Ready to post, or ready for us to post it for you.

You tell us what's coming up. That's the whole ask.

Proof

What the work has already done.

Twelve months of last-minute briefs, covered

Ben is fantastic! I've worked with him multiple times over the last 12 months. Extremely professional and a very talented photographer and videographer. I'd often have very last minute impromptu projects, and Ben always adapted and produced fantastic work for my business.

150+ athletes, two games floors, one day

Ben managed to capture all key elements of the day, and deliver a structured array of content for us to promote on our socials. With over 150 athletes and hundreds of spectators across two games floors, our audience love the edits and we're keen to continue working with Ben moving forward.

A coach's content, shot by someone who coached

Working with Ben has been a total game-changer for my content. He's not just talented behind the camera, he's creative, proactive, and always full of ideas. Because he used to be a coach himself, he completely understands the grind. He just gets what content needs to look and feel like.

FAQ

The questions we get every week.

If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. That's what it's for.

Monthly starts at £350 for footage only, £650 if you want it cut and posted for you. A one-off day starts at £750. Events and brand films start at £1,350. What you actually pay depends on the day. You get a written quote before anything's booked, and it doesn't move afterwards.

Then the question isn't who's holding the camera, it's what you're getting back. If it's one reel a month and nothing else, you're paying for a shoot and not a content bank. Worth a call either way. We'll tell you straight if what you've got is working.

Usually one of two things: nobody planned the day, so the footage didn't cover enough, or it came back as a raw dump for you to sort out. Both are process problems. We plan backwards from what you need to post, and everything lands graded, sorted and on a set date.

Some of it, yes, and you should. Member Q&As, behind-the-scenes and candid stuff all land better loose. What a phone won't give you is volume: a hundred usable clips in a day, all graded and consistent. That's the bit that fills a month.

No. We're based in East Sussex and work across Brighton, London and the wider South East as standard, and travel further for the right event or project. Mention where you are on the call.
